Welcome to Amateur Snapper!

Hello and welcome to Amateur Snapper! I thought I'd kick things off with a quick intro to this site and myself.

My name is Pete Williams, and I'm a keen amateur photographer. I set up this site as a way to share what I've learnt, and also for fun seeing as it combines two of my favourite pastimes - photography and web design. I won't bore you with too many details about myself, if you want that you should check out my about me page.

The main bulk of the site is the photography articles, where I share some of the things I've learned, and invite you to share your views and thoughts. I'll be adding new articles on a regular basis, so be sure to check back for the latest entries.

You can also subscribe to the articles via either the RSS feed, or by signing up to the photography newsletter.

Finally, there's this blog, where I'll be posting various ramblings.
